MicroBrief provides online tools for PDF file manipulation, including but not limited to:

• Converting Word documents to PDF
• Converting images to PDF
• Merging multiple PDF files
• Compressing PDF files
• Other document conversion and manipulation tools

Files are processed on our secure servers using encryption. All files are automatically deleted immediately after processing is complete.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• You may not use automated tools or bots to excessively access the Service
• You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limitations

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You have the legal right to process and convert the files you upload
• Your files do not contain malicious code, viruses, or illegal content
• You are responsible for the content of your files and their use
• You will not use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
• You will not upload files containing child exploitation material, illegal content, or content that violates applicable laws
• You will not abuse or overload our systems

5. File Processing and Storage

When you upload files to our Service:

• Files are processed on our servers
• Files are automatically deleted immediately after processing
• We do not retain, store, or keep copies of your documents
• We do not access or view the content of your files except as necessary for processing

6. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service:

• We may impose file size limits, usage limits, or rate limits
• Service availability may vary and interruptions may occur
• We reserve the right to modify features, add premium tiers, or introduce new service options
• We may temporarily or permanently discontinue features or the entire Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The results of using the Service will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• Files will be processed within a specific timeframe

You retain all rights to the files you process using the Service. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content beyond what is necessary to process your files.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MicroBrief. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Process files containing illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

12. Modifications to Terms
